I only collect CHUG scaled TFs. I have a very nice display with Mania King, Hegemon (with add-on 'shoes'), Generations seekers (regulars and coneheads) with Dr. WU misiles, Music Label Soundwave and others who fits my scale on my shelf (I know - it's my collection and I can do what I want:)
But, I haven't found my Shockwave. There are official and 3rd party MP scaled Shockwave but no CHUG scale.
Am I missing something? I'd be happy to find my CHUG Shochwave.
    Ideas and suggestions please...

There is the official Titans Returns Shockwave, the official deluxe FoC Shockwave and there is a upscaled (voyager) KO coming out of the FoC version mentioned above.

Thanks for the reply. I know about these but they are all FoC figures. I want a Shockwave that looks like a G1 somehow, even if it's not exactly.

I find now that we have an official MP Shockwave that FansToys version works pretty well as a leader class Classics Shockwave, especially since Classics has become so much more accurate to the characters and the scale has expanded to include leaders.

I disagree. If you put him side-by-side with Hegemon or Mania King - he is towering over them.
I hope that KBB will downscale the MP Shockwave...
    Or... any other suggestions?

I would love that but I want it to be less than voyager sized. More deluxe sized to fit in better. Can't have it taller than Mania King

The best chug shockwave that i've seen imo is the foc shockwave with his legs swapped with the deluxe universe/generations cyclonus' legs. With Cyclonus being a very tall deluxe, his legs on the Shockwave mold gives him added height, as well as ridding him of his old skinny legs. They also look more like g1 Shockwave's legs, and the figure can still transform into a flying spaceship cannon...thing.

I know that the op said that the foc style is not desirable. But if you flip down(or remove) his back wings, he looks like a regular chug shockwave, a character that looks very cybertronian, like maniaking does.

I would argue the same that the OP posted about Shockwave is true for Soundwave too. Btw, who is the SW in the pic ^?

That's Music Label Soundwave. Came in 3 different decos: blue, white, and I think black. An expensive official figure that can play music, with optional ear phones that turned into frumble.
    I love this figure!

CHUG needs a soft reboot because the early CHUGS are all extremely dated.

I'm holding out hope that we'll see a Shockwave in Maketoys's Cross Dimension Line or MMC's Reformatted as those seem to be the current go-to for GHUG (outside of official Hasbro offerings)
Same goes with Soundwave. We need a good Soundwave as well.

I'd say Prime Wars is a soft reboot, considering how many Classics figures are getting redone.

That actually looks pretty good. Does the purple match without painting? And is it the original release? I know there are at least two Hasbro releases, the one with crappy deco Rodimus and first one. (I suppose I could just check on my own when I'm home, too.)

I use Beast Hunters Shockwave, he's certainly not perfect but has lots of G1 styling cues and I found him to be an improvement over the dinky FoC Shockwave I had been using.

    ^^^^

That was going to be my suggestion, Beast Hunters Shockwave. Not sure how he looks next to Maniaking, though.

Only ones I didn't see mentioned that are smaller than the BH are the CustomRobots Purple, and the KFC one. But those are significantly smaller. Maybe the DOTM voyager...?

Also, Second Chance is releasing a Shockwave that basically looks like a OS version of the FOC deluxe, maybe check that one out.
