Last of my custom Omnibots is finished, Downshift is made from the generations Wheeljack figure with the use of a RTS tracks missiles and a 3D printed head: G2P-007 Gearshift Head by Cypherplex on Shapeways after that he was just a full repaint.

Thoughts?

Looks really cool especially in alt mode. I would have preferred if the black went all around the car but I'm not that crazy about accuracy.

I love it! Maybe some paint applications to mimic the colors on the bots arms, break up all that solid color. Otherwise, I'm ready for a team shot.

 

Im gonna be using the toyhax decals from the omnibot set to get the silver on the arms, well thats the plan

 

Great re-use of the mold now that Wheeljack has a nice new shiny figure in the upcoming toyline..

 

Thats the main reason i did it now, ive got the new wheeljack on preorder (im from the uk we get them in march) so it opened the door for me to make my Omnibots

 

Nicely done! I did basically the same thing, but I used the Wheeljack missiles instead of the Tracks ones... I think I like your missiles better.
