He transforms into broken if you're not careful! Lol. No, he's just a bunch of ball and socket joints that snap together, and if I may say, are quite out of tolerance. His left leg socket exploded violently when I attached it onto the ball joint of his hip.

Even with the existence of Kingdom Warpath, I still find myself liking Generations/United Warpath enough to have this fella remain in my collection.

 

I have both but the T30 version is definitely the better figure, I might even move the kingdom one on.

 

I will say the generations figure does look more like a Warpath.

 

The only way they could have beat Generations Warpath was if they just retooled him to have a more traditional tank mode.

 

Yeah, I completely forgot about that lousy H-tank design. The robot design is great. I'm not a fan of H-tanks though.

Now that Emgo and TMReviews and Paik4Whatever have shown me the way by reviewing numerous competing figures, I'm gaining greater and greater respect for SS86 Hot Rod. He's basically a Masterpiece without the accessories or the pretentiousness of charging over $100. I bought him on a whim at a SuperTarget store near me (along with Scourge) and between the accessories and blast effects and how ridiculously posable he is and the high quality plastic, I feel like I stole money from Hasbro simply by purchasing him.

But I should take this time to warn you: all of the CHUG blast effects are made of a rubberized plastic that has an unfortunate chemical reaction with the paint on almost every CHUG figure. If you leave these blast effects attached for too long, they will chemically bond to the paint, and when you try to remove them, you'll find that they take some of the paint with them. Only use the blast effects for photography!!!!!!!11
