BTS used to be a 3rd party company. I’m curious if it actually sits flush with Siege Prime as the FansProject trailer doesn’t sit flush.
It works great with a LEGO technic half-pin in Prime's trailer hitch.
It sits with a bit of an angle but it works well with the aforementioned LEGO piece, the stock connector doesn’t work with siege prime but it’s a simple non permanent piece that makes it work
The FansProject trailer also angles slightly upward due to Siege OP's legs angling upwards. To make it flush, you would need to mod the hitch (sand it down). I assume modding the hitch on the BTS trailer would also let it sit flush.
I had already made custom adapters for the FansProject trailer for G1 reissue OP and SS38 OP, so I didn't want to mod the hitch and then make those adapters no longer work. Still waiting for the MP10v trailer to arrive (downsized MP KO) and see what I can do with it.
For the bts trailer it would actually be easier to mod the connection to roller/the trailer wheels so that the trailer would sit higher
Hopefully this helps somewhat...

"Back off Autobots, or the little gltch here gets scrapped!"
After thinking for a few days, I finally decided to bought the United Warpath from a local TF collectors store for the price of MYR 95.
Can't wait to open it up later.
Opened up my United Warpath a few minutes ago and unfortunately, the figure isn't perfect right out of the packaging. For some reason, both of the elbow joints are very loose especially when straighten, and both of the hip balljoints are scarily tight, almost to the point of risking breaking the toy itself.
That said, this figure do looks the part and the transformation is interesting but fun.
The loose and tight joints sucks, but it isn't unfixable. I'll disassemble the figure later to see if I can fix the joints.
Skywarp (temporarily) joins the ranks of the Decepticon Targetmasters!
However, his first mission as a Targetmaster did not go well at all...
Why, yes, they can all exist at the same time. Why do you ask?
Just waiting on a new Steeljaw & Ramhorn as well as a voyager Blaster in scale with Siege Soundwave
anyone else find siege so aesthetically different that seeing them together with classic CHUG figures just isn't working for you? or is this just my hangup?
...the smaller sizes, the over-greeblyness, the dirty paint apps... they just stick out like a sore thumb to my eyes.
Most figures are fine. The paint can be removed anytime I get the motivation to do it, so it doesn't bug me. Scale has never been very consistent and the voyager and deluxe sizes aren't too far off from older figures. It's the greebly ones that get me. That much detail looks bad too me. I won't touch Chromia or any Seekers. I want to like the Seeker mold so much but I can't. It's great for anyone wanting an Underbase-powered Starscream to offline half their collection, though.
After tighten up the elbows and sanding the hip balljoints to loosen it, now I can see why a lot of people still love this figure. The articulation is a bit dated but it's definitely a fun figure, with a solid build, nice play features, good alt mode and interesting transformation.
A nice figure, indeed.
I'm glad that I bought it.
Yeah I had RTS Jazz and Wheeljack hanging with some Siege bots and they definitely stick out. Between the smaller size, different style aesthetic, and the Cybertron alt-modes it’s apparent they are from different eras of figures.
That said, I don’t think CHUG has ever really maintained a singular style. Classics and Universe 2.0 had modern reimagined designs, RTS had almost movie-esque like detailing, and T30 had some IDW influences.
Finally found iGear's Starscream to finish my chug Seekers. I've skipped getting the Siege Starscream because he is too small next to my Thundercracker and Skywarp, but I think I will get the Siege Rainmakers and Redwing because I'm okay with them being shorter than the big three in my collection.
Nothing in the picture is official...
There we go, Soundwave makes it official.
