Went to my usual Transformers store 1Toy (here in Malaysia) and I was pleasantly surprised to see this big fella on shelf, and with one unit unboxed and ready to play. He just landed in today, and my first impression was that he's really HUGE! Sure, it isn't as detailed as one might hope (it is after all a toy marketed towards a younger audience) but boy does this fella have presence on the shelf. Managed to snap some photos to show how huge he is, especially when put next to Transformers Prime Activators. The transformation was swift and cool too, just grab the handbrake-like lever on the dino-mode's back and pull and ta-da... he's in robot mode. The tiny prime that comes with him is kinda out of scale, but it makes ol' Grimmy look larger and more fearsome. A little pricey for me, but I wouldn't mind having this chap, especially for that kick-ass t-rex head sculpt!
Wonderful figure for kids. It would on the top of my Christmas list if I was younger. (Even though its quite a while till christmas). I really like the dino head sculpt
It might be a while , but it isn't too early to get gifts! I already have the eternia playset put away!
