You sure there aren't more packages coming? I've used them before and had no problems, maybe they were separated in shipments or something. It does take awhile for stuff to arrive from them, could be held up in customs.

I've bought from them many times without issue and great packaging ... expecting a few to ship soon. Also can't say I've had any issues with email replies. Most replies come within 48hrs (got a reply just today re Eligos/Sovereign).

In the past I've purchased multiple items in the one order and received them all together BUT they were all in stock items at the time. I don't think I've done a multi-item order that included pre-orders.

What figures did you order? perhaps they aren't all in stock yet? It's likely that they are shipping your items separately, I don't believe that they do bulk shipments like BBTS or HLJ, unless they are all in stock.

In any case, I honestly don't think they have scammed you. Hope things get resolved for you soon.

So what's the problem? You bought a KO Ironhide from them it seems. Is your problem with that figure or something else?

TF-Direct is a company best described as 'quirky' - but take a few deep breaths and politely write to them and ask them if the rest of your order is being dispatched seperately - asking them to answer by a given date and put URGENT in the mail-title and flag it as priority if you mail programme allows that.
It may be someone else gets your stuff and they got two similar orders muddled up - i've had that happen before.

As annoying as it is it has been Christmas and new year break. They could very well just be behind. It might have been best to ask here first what other peoples experience was first before accusing them of scamming you. That said, if they aren't replying then you would feel no confidence. Give them a bit of time, I'm sure things will work out

look, I guess you paid with paypal, right? if tf-direct don't answer you just open a dispute and you'll get their response fast enough, and your money as well.

tf-direct are not the regular chinese ebay scam. they operate since years now (I first purchased there in 2014), and unlike ebay scammers they don't do a few good transactions to get some rep, then list items at ridiculous prices just to get lots of order and bail with the money. it's simply not what's going on there.

Wow dude...wow. You need to do some more investigation before a post like this. I've bought from them 3 times and never had a single issue. And don't be rude to the other members. "Can you read?" Seriously we are on the boards...so yes we can read.

If you send an email sounding like you did in the first post here, I can see why they're delaying getting back to you. From what everyone here has been saying, it sounds like a mistake. I'm sure they'll take care of you. Just be patient and polite...

I don't want anyone to fuck my money.... Lock him up, sounds like an absolute sex pest

Kidding aside, if you bought this through eBay you are protected. Thanks for spreading the word but it could have been done with less exclamation marks.

Right, so lets make this clear shall we, was this through TF-Direct, the known and trusted etailer (who are china based btw) via their own website, or was this direct through Ebay?
If its TF-Direct the site they are not scammers in anyway as others have posted and you need to follow the advice you've been given.

If this is an ebay seller than it could be a genuine mistake, but it could also be scam and someone trading on tf-directs good name. If the seller doesn't respond open an ebay/paypal dispute and follow it through. Yes it sucks when you get scammed and its emotive as its your money (i know as i've been done twice both by sellers recommended on here who i'd used previously with no issue) but there is protection in place to help you out.
Ebay is a total crap shoot for transformers, the only seller I ever deal with is bababobo00712 who is genuine and has been selling TF's for some years are great prices.
The best advice I can give is stay away from Ebay (baba not withstanding) and don't get burned.
Hope this gets sorted out quickly for you.
