    What a fucking idiot, it doesn't matter if he gave them away for free, sure its a nice gesture but he's still an idiot for spending that much on tickets alone.

    This businessman also makes about £576,000 a year... and if he chooses to dick around with his cash like this I can understand why he couldn't keep a girlfriend happy. I mean its been 7 years and he's still doing things to fuck around with his ex-girlfriend? That's just sad on so many levels.

    Yeah, I doubt she's going to come back to him. He'd be better off getting surgery to look like Brad Pitt - he'd have at least a couple dozen girls want him then.

    Did he choose AoE specifically? Or could it just as easily been any current movie showing he chanced upon first?

    Plus I have to wonder how many of those getting the free tickets would've intended to see the movie anyway? How much of that $40,000 of ticket sales would've happened anyway by itself through the normal life of the cinema run? I'm not sure it can be counted as $40,000 of extra ticket sales that probably wouldn't have happened otherwise.

    Also, I can think of far better ways to spend all that cash if I wanted to impress a lady.
