Dont wait a few weeks.. You can call now...You were polite enough to ask twice.
If the seller hasn't sent a tracking number by now, that's a big no no to paypal.. They will check into the problem for you, by contacting the seller and asking for a tracking number, if they don't get one, your refund processes faster.
The sooner claims are reported, the sooner you get your money back and the more people that file claims, the faster scammers are shut down.

You are probably right, but I'm afraid Paypal might answer me that it is too early and the auction didn't esplicitly stated that I'd have received a tracking nr. Moreover, as of now only one customer has sent a message stating that he hasn't received his/her item and that the seller never replied to his messages. In the case that Paypal answered me to wait for the delivery window to close, would I be able to open another claim, or a buyer can open only one claim for transaction?

I've ordered on June 8. For the rest, it is the same as you: two messages, no tracking #, no asnwers at all.

I bought Sovereign on June 11, (after the seller whzhen1976-9 claimed they had it in stock and I gave them the benefit of the doubt) as soon as I completed the transaction, I emailed a follow up question and didn't hear back. The next day I received a "tracking number" that didn't show up as valid. I emailed the seller to verify the "tracking number", and didn't hear back from the seller.
June 15 I called PayPal, we went over the transaction, Paypal checked the tracking number as not working, asked if I tried emailing the seller, which I did, with NO response, and opened a claim.. Now Waiting the 10 days for sellers response..

I got a tracking number when my item was listed as Shipped a couple days ago.

I've had tracking numbers not work for me when coming from overseas (I'm in the US) in the past. Once it actually gets into the US they've worked. So far, I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt.

Ok, thank you. After reading your message I've tryed opening a Paypal dispute, but for some reason after I fill the form with the message for the seller, the system returns me a message like "sorry, an error occurred, please try again".
This happened several times, so I guess I will try again in the weekend.

 

call them...don't waste your time with the online crap.

 

Do Paypal claims directly with their live agent over the phone. See their contact info on the very first post.

Yup.. He's messing with buyers shipping address labels so they're wrong and undeliverable, so they get returned... and/or sending different items..
