Another update on my Grassor/Guttur packages from hxli7777_5. According to the tracking, both packages have departed Chicago customs as of yesterday morning, but no updates since then. Supposed delivery date of June 13th. Really don't know what to expect, so I will expect empty boxes if anything.

My order from bababobo00712 showed up today (I placed it on May 24), and all I can say is he gets a   from me.

Reading the last few posts here is making me a bit nervous about ordering from any china seller in the future (aside from the sellers on the good list to a certain extent).

I ordered XTB Hoist from him that same day. It made it to my city a couple days ago. The local PO delivery window for today has already passed. I'm hoping I get it tomorrow.

 

I got a refund by him too. He was saying he hired a new employee whom doesn't speak English and messed up all the orders. Believe him or not is your choice.

 

whzjen1976-9 found out he can't cheat on us if we reacted and filed the claim so fast (within two weeks). He can't withdraw the money but lost all his ebay rating.

 

yeah, i dont believe since he is giving us different reasons. stick with one reason - as large as it is, the toy collecting community is a lot smaller (or more tightly knit) than these sellers think.

we appreciate your legwork! sucks we get screwed/scammed, but because of good investigating on your part we were able nip it in the bud before he was able to take advantage. i hope others getting scammed are able to get their money back before he gets any of it.

 

Got my xtb hoist and ym starscream from him yesterday. A little faster than usual. Ive made a handful of orders through him and he's come through each time. got another order that should be here in a few days too.

 

im starting to think that it may be better for us to hit them when they are "young", what i mean is when they do a new account and they need feedback(like when they are at 25+ feeds)
it may be better since the most of them turn rogue, when they reach a certain amount of sells, so when their account needs feedback they must sell real things to get them im definetly going to try it on my next purchase
because with them the "classic thinking" of e-bay (check the feedback,the comments and the prices) isnt quite working since they all do the same, sell sell sell>rogue

I totally agree. Based on my few observations most of them seem to go rogue once they have 200-300+ positive feedback

 

I placed my order on May 24th and would have been delivered last week but there was a holiday in China that held up shipping. No fault of the seller.

 

Just got done talking to Paypal about refunding my payment and as of today, he (hxli7777_5) has 10 days to refund my money. If you are worried that you are being scammed by this asshole...don't wait and call paypal (1-888-221-1161). They will set it right.

 

well don't get your hopes up...he latest feed back is that he sent someone a box full of plastic trash.

 

After a package arrives, is it quicker to file claim through eBay or Paypal?

Yeah I saw that. Definitely not expecting this to work out.

 

THIS. The sooner we file a claim, the sooner we get our money back, and the sooner we shut the scammers down..
If the Tracking number provided "When item is marked as shipped" doesn't update in 3 days time, I contact the seller to gently remind them.. If I don't hear back from them, then I call Paypal.
These "contracts" work both ways.. We have a certain amount of time to get payment to the seller, so, in all fairness, they can ship our item out in a timely manner after printing the shipping label.
