Anyone know if mascotworld4u is a good seller?

 

looking at feedback they look good. I have found anything I wanted from that seller to be also available from 6hk666666 and I sent them an email about price matching or made an offer and they accepted. Just a thought. Others on here have mentioned this seller I mentioned and recommended them.

 

Ya I only ask because they are selling one of these IN STOCK New Transform Unique toys UT R-02 OP Challenger OP Godin | eBay and just want to know if they are legit because I tried getting one from another seller that ended being a scam. Luckily I was able to get my money back.

 

They are legit. One of several accounts for mascotzone. My only complaint with them was outrageously slow shipping, but no issues with quality or packaging, etc.

 

How slow are we talking?

 

I think the TFC Mentarazor I ordered took 6+ weeks.

mascotzone was very slow at cancelling a preorder for me. It took about three months, as I recall. I either got no reply to my messages or was told "yes, we'll do it in 1-2 days" repeatedly.

I dont see the sellers on either good or bad list so im wondering if anyone has ordered from these sellers before? Or can someone point me towards a more reputable source with this set in stock?

 

sweetmall-1 is good. Their CS rep (?) is Julia, and they regularly dabble in this 3D printed stuff. I grabbed some ZX Studio Golden Disks from them a while back and they arrived safely/without incident.

Do your research regarding the quality of 3D printed material though. ziltama and the rest of us at General Upgrade Kits can probably lend a hand.

 

I definitely recommend sweetmall- 1, they were super quick to ship (even though the trek itself took longer) and they were very nice.

I bought a 2nd hand Magic Square Sideswipe and Red Alert more than a month ago, and it only needed to go from the UK to the Netherlands, but after 40 days still nothing and the seller didn’t respond to my message.

 

is it past the scheduled delivery date ebay gave you? If so then i'd escalate it as not received w/ refund desired if they haven't bothered to respond to direct message thru ebay already.

 

Yeah, that was my plan, but I wanted to check here just in case.
Sometimes sellers have an excuse, and we should cherish what few good ones there are, after all   Thanks!

I’m in the UK. Post leaving here is pretty quick and no reports of issues at the border. I sold a Jujiang Jet Commander to a board member in the US and that took circa 10 days tops, door to door.

I’ve bought figures from TF Robots NL in Holland and not had any delays/issues coming from there to me in the UK.

I’d crack on and do what @ShmoopsMcGoo has suggested in his post and escalate with eBay.

That seller I think is the same as one online offering painting services for Warhammer figures. They don’t seem to be big on selling TFs.

Fingers crossed you get this resolved ASAP.

Just saw that Baba’s eBay name is changing because of some kind of issue with his account.

 

Based on other’s advice and no changes so far (there is no tracking info, the seller is not responding) I let eBay know that nothing arrived and am going to go through the whole rigmarole to get a refund… (shrug emoji)
