I to also ordered ft16m from him i'm not sure when? just before it got reissued he was under the name DJ fungshin aka toystrike or at least that what the paypal was called
So anyway everybody was getting there ft16m and his was still at the pre order stage and i was losing my paitents, in the end he supposedly sent it but it got returned to him, i then asked for a refund which i then recieved so i cant have many complaints however from what you say now it would seem maybe it was all a load of crap possibly?

I belive another member here also had an issue with him regarding a pre order item, maybe sanity bleeds? i regarding a black arachina

Ok, so shwi7900 on eBay is definitely a reputable seller! I finally received my MS-01X yesterday (he's gorgeous BTW).

My ONLY complaint would be the packaging. He just put a one inch layer of styrofoam board around the factory toy box, then covered it with tape. I think it typically would have been fine, but it didn't survive the trip overseas as well. One corner was crushed really bad. Nothing inside was broken, but it will never be a collector or display box, LOL.

It took almost a month to get it, but that's not the sellers fault. He shipped within 2 days, but it hung up between Hong Kong and Chicago customs for over two weeks. It left HK on March 18th, but then there was no activity until April 6th when it suddenly cleared customs in Chicago and was in USPS hands.

I had ALMOST given up on getting him, LOL.

Yeah, that was one very shady, drawn out series of nonsense from djfungshing on eBay, personally would not recommend using them or anyone else from the toystrike listings when it comes to pre-orders. Given my own interactions, I'd be a bit hesitant to use them for in-stock orders, either, but pre-orders are a definite no.

Hmm...I have TW ‘dirty green’ Devastator on pre-order with him. We’ll have to see how that goes. At least it’s not out yet, so no need to panic.......

That's what it smells like to me. I just sent toystrike, or toysundercover (or whatever alias he goes under) a very strongly worded message calling out his BS.

I'm not expecting a response but at least it serve as "proof" that he is not responding for the inevitable dispute. And this time around I will follow ChromeMagnus' words of wisdom and go the PayPal route.

I had to go the Paypal route with them as well, and no sooner than I did, they were sending me messages on eBay begging and pleading for me to close the case against them without resolution, promising to refund me as soon as I did, and offered gifts, only to then lie to Paypal a provide a tracking number to a different order to delay the resolution time, ultimately resulting in me getting a refund, but too late to leave negative feedback, and them able to resell my pre-order at a higher markup.

I recommend keeping a close eye on it. If you know it has been released, and other sellers, especially in the same region have gotten stock, contact them right away for an update, especially if the price of the item has gone up since your initial pre-order, and if they give you the runaround about receiving less stock than anticipated, or damaged packaging, open a case with Paypal right away, don't even wait for them to drag it out further.

Oh don’t worry, I have been! Thanks for the advice though. Everytime I see an update via the corresponding forum of TW themselves, I send him a message about it. And to be fair, he always replies and seems to be on top of things over it. But yeah, I won’t take any shit from him if he starts acting up!

Any word on one*day_bid or supreme0519? I've had two orders sitting with them for several weeks now with both tracking numbers sitting at 'ORIGIN POST IS PREPARING SHIPMENT'. I had assumed that because of Covid-19 all shipments were suspended but I'm hearing that's absolutely not the case.

Shipping definitely isn't suspended, but transit times are all over the map. DHL is still 2-3 day delivery worldwide, Fedex is about 2-5 day, UPS is whenever the frack they decide you'll get it. Everyone else is just a waiting game, especially if it goes through US customs with USPS.

I ordered 3 KO MP carbots from one*day_bid on March 4th and they all arrived without issue on March 20th. The tracking didn't show any progress for me either until the day they arrived.

But several weeks sounds like it's taking longer than it should. When did you place your order?

These were all beginning of March and went to ‘shipped’ very quickly.

I have a similar issue. Ordered Dx9 Gabriel on the 11th March. One*day_bid processed within a few days and tracking details provided. All ok and then by 18th March the package got as far as Shanghai International airport. Never went any further. On the tracking it still shows the same entry of the 18th March. I went back to One*day_bid to ask for an update as the tracking had not updated. I will dig out the reply I got from One*day_bid. I haven’t had problems with this seller on numerous purchases and they are also quick to reply to messages. They said there are delays on freight leaving China. I have other items coming from China and they seem to be taking longer than normal. Although UK news reporting China has relaxed their lock down and people are back to work there.

The attached eBay messages are the one I sent last Sunday and the reply I got on Monday four days ago.

I went back to look at one*day_bid's feedback and saw that the negative feedback seems to be on a rising curve and that some comments mention fake tracking and dodgy communication. So I think it's possible that I might just have lucked out and got the last of his actual in stock items just before he went full on rogue.

Anyway, I hope for you that it's not the case and that your items are just stuck in transit. Watch his feedback, and maybe start a claim with paypal.

I just checked one*day_bid on eBay and seems that all the items for sale has been removed...not sure if this is just a timing issue..

Just like with toysundercover (the douche formerly known as toystrike on ebay). This does not look good...

eBay server showing as down hence no items for sale appearing under the seller. Had me worried initially.

Apologies for doubling up on posts. I’m still new to TFW and the system. I was scouting over the products that One*day_bid had sold and the feedback. That is what you can see as products I’ve looked at in the attached along with the eBay server problem.

The latest negative feedback seems to be 1 person complaining it was taking too long and other person complaining that they were blocked for returning a defective item. Can't say I know all the details, but those aren't the typical "going rogue" signs. I could be wrong, but hoping I'm not as I got items on the way.
