No idea what you mean by his shop showing items again, a filtered search of his listings indicates the most recent offering was posted back in November of '19. As far as tracking, did they just post it 2 days ago? It's not uncommon to generate a tracking number but not deliver it to the courier for a couple days, and it subsequently taking another couple days before it makes movement in the courier's system, even in the best of times, which are not right now. Give it a few days, use something like 17track.net or parcelsapp to cover your bases on various courier systems and see what happens. If you don't see movement within a week or gotten no satisfactory response from the seller, contact Paypal and open a case.

 

I bought an item from a legit seller about three weeks ago. My item says it left a sorting center in China en route to Chicago. That was almost two weeks ago now and it hasn't shown up in Chicago or in USPS tracking system. I think COVID19 has a lot of shipments delayed.

Give it at least a week before you start getting too worried.

Sorry for the late reply but no clue to be honest. I only own the first release. Wasn't worth the upgrade for me.

 

Alrighty, so took a look at jingyuewl-19 on eBay and a few red flags pop up; none of them individually come off as too concerning, but all of them together do. 1.) Seller has only been on Ebay for under a year, 2.) Seller only has about 150 feedback, with many of the older ones (more than 6 months back) looking suspiciously padded, 0-1 feedback buyers leaving generic feedback, 3.) Seller has nearly 1500 item listings, which would strongly indicate they're just a middleman, moving items through a distributor warehouse, likely with minimal reliability, and 4.) speaking just to his Transformers specific listings, they look to be almost entirely cheap KOs and very under-priced 3P offerings.

TL;DR Strongly recommend avoiding seller, even for cheap KO junk

 

Well got scammed by shifen187. I ordered when he had 100% feedback. After it shipped, the feedback went private and I noticed increasing negative feedbacks. Figured I was ripped off at that point.

Opened a case with Ebay. Hope I get my money back.

I got my money back through PayPal Credit. I'm just disappointed. Someone else got the police officer Lego figure. I think mine was like a Butler or something.

 

You get your money back faster by filing a claim through Paypal.

 

Just got my refund from Paypal back yesterday regarding transaction with shinfen187

 

wanted to leave a positive review in the midst of all recent bad ones with shinfen187 & zhhena2085. just got replacement parts from netclow to fix a very small paint blemish on a NA Jazz. it was very minor but it was on the hood of the car and so it was quite obvious in alt mode which bothered me.

reached out thinking perhaps i'd be ignored, or at best thrown a few bucks back as compensation. but netclow replied saying replacement parts could be sent to fix the issue. took a couple weeks to actually get the replacement part from supplier/factory, and then another few weeks to get it delivered. but my patience was rewarded as i got was almost the complete top half of the figure, which made it easy to swap out. very pleased with netclow's after sale customer service and definitely would recommend highly! A+++

as an added bonus to all this, i took the swapped out top half and put it on the Uidaman KO Jazz i have to get rid of it's terrible fishy face head sculpt!

Dang. I noticed this guy on the bad list : jiangyaoming2018_0.

I remember I bought a bunch of stuff from him. Received everything and even some replacement parts. Guess he sold his account or went bad. Seriously pondering not using ebay to buy stuff, especially from China.

 

Just stick to the usual, consistent, long time dependable sellers and you'll be just fine.

 

Anyone ever deal with lus8968? They have KO CBB Bruticus supposedly with the figures in box for just under $80AUD. Usually for that price I am only finding without packaging.

 

Can't view any of their listings from my country even with filters. Their feedback looks pretty legit, though. I would say they seem unlikely to be scammers, but based on neutral and negative feedback, they don't seem to package items well, and seemingly offer no after-sales support for any issues. Probably not as much an issue for a cheap KO, but definitely not someone I'd want to deal with on a legit item.
