He probably just closed up shop for Chinese New Year. It goes from ~Jan 17 to ~Feb 5 this year. A lot of other sellers do the same since China Post office and basically the whole country is shut down for the same period.

Thanks for making this list, found out that two of the sellers on the Good List had THF-03T Dynastron and I'm planning to buy it from one of them.

The missing guns/canons showed up this week. I had to put my foot down to get this guy to send the missing parts and not accept some lame excuses or promises to get it right next time. This seller may not be the best choice if you run into any issues with your order or if you're accustom to sellers that step up immediately to rectify any issues.

With the recents news on the coronavirus I have some questions:

Does this affect package logistics in any capacity?
Could this be a good excuse to NOT receive a package from China?
If such package arrives from China, is there any other measurement in the US to follow?

    Of course. People

Not really. First they need to prove the virus survives the trip.

Just used the slowest methode you woud be fine. Maybe ask for a doctors note first if you don't trust the deliveryman.

Or just drink the alcohol and open up the package. :p

“The virus on materials they ordered would not survive such a trip. Outside the body, we believe this virus only survives on [an] object minutes to an hour or so, not the days it takes your goods to travel the globe,” Patricia A. Stinchfield, vice president of the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) , told Fox News in an email. “As always after handling things, wash your hands before touching your eyes, nose or mouth.”

Not to mention, air freight is not climate controlled. It gets damn cold at 40,000 feet. Viruses would not survive that

I ordered from szzdjwl-99 during black friday (nov 28th weekend) and just got my package 2 days ago.

I also ordered from a separate seller on the same day and received my package 4 days ago. This different seller told me the shipping company had originally returned the package at port. Unfortunately they don't always update the tracking during the holidays.

Point I am making there is a serious issue with shipping companies during the holidays and not isolated to specific sellers.

That's been the common scenario over on the DX9 Capone thread; most everyone in the US who ordered him from ShowZ or Bababobo00712 and had their order ship right after Black Friday is still waiting for their shipment, with very few exceptions. Part of the delay is believed to be the size of the package, but it seems to have more to do with the fact any time customs gets a backlog, they have no apparent system of prioritizing anything, and work in whatever order is convenient.

Wanted to report I had an odd, but good experience with weird_o on eBay seller is semi US and China based in their sales. I ordered an MP-41 Dinobot (one of the Chinese market reissues with fixes and updates?) for $199USD plus $29USD shipping. The shipping itself was odd, seller sent it via random, unknown courier from China to California, which took about 3 weeks without a single update to get to Fedex in California, for it to then take another 8 days to make it to Western Michigan for final delivery by the USPS. Seller doesn't have many other offerings, but if anyone is looking to grab a cheap MP-41 and doesn't mind waiting about a month, seller is pretty legit.

I placed a preorder with Chinese eBay seller djfungshing a long time ago, they've never honored it and don't reply to any direct messages.

    Do not order from djfungshing

Please include the seller's name as actual text hyperlink so that

    1) The seller's name in your post will come up in a search on this thread. Screenshots alone aren't searchable.

    and

    2) so that folks can easily click the link and go to their store and investigate.
