Glad to hear about your positive experience with bidders_park.
When did you place your order and when did you receive it?

Good news, had a good experience with liujunling87_5 on eBay ordered a Honey Badger KO MPM-08 Megatron on 09-Sep, arrived today 25-Sep. Posted on the 12th, left China on the 13th, then sat in customs for over 9 days, arriving to western Michigan late last night. Came in a giant styrofoam and amber tape shell big enough to fit about 3-4 infants inside. I was a little alarmed opening the package to find his head missing, but luckily it had only fallen down by his feet. Interestingly, this is the first KO, and probably even the first non-official figure I've ever gotten that used plastic ties like Hasbro to secure him to the plastic clamshells.

Zpdlna802 is still a registered user, but they don't currently have any items listed. However, based on recent feedback, it looks like they were another seller that seem to have gotten burned by a forwarder who didn't have the stock they claimed, and when orders were put in without stock actually available, buyers got ticked off and left negative feedback. The seller may have just said "screw it" despite a strong overall feedback and gone on hiatus, opened a new account, or just "retired".

Maybe so, but that seller does knowingly list items they dont have. A couple months ago i was going to order a TE prime he had listed. I asked if it came with the V2 head and he said he didnt have it in stock. So yeah...unreliable to bad at this point

Also someone mentioned this earlier but if you get a lego or whatevs...refuse it. Take a pic for proof, but refuse it. Especially if you go through paypal. In talking with the rep, he said that usually you would have to mail the item back while they open item not described. Imagine how long that would tie your money up....You have to pay out of pocket too...not sure if ebay would make you do the same now. I know they used to not do that.

Luckily dude was cool as overrode the item not as described and refunded the money, probably due to the number of cases opened against abctoyshop123.

Well that's a shame about zpdlna802, He had become my favorite reliable go to seller on ebay.

Hey guys, make sure to place your orders well before October 1. Oct 1-7 is the National Day holiday week in China and there will be no shipping in China happening during that time.

Yeah I’m 3 days in on my abctoyshop123 PayPal request.

Does anyone know how this scam works? Are they able to keep the money somehow and have PayPal pay it back? Because if 50 people buy TE-01 and then get their money back after being jerked around, I don’t understand how the scam works. Are they just hoping people don’t look for a refund?

If I had to guess these sellers probably move the money out of PayPal into an account not linked, and the when they go dark PayPal is left forcing a refund.

I sorta had it once when I ordered a KO MP-05 Megatron, they were very forthcoming and told me the last one they had in stock had the packaging destroyed by water damage and it'd be about 10 days until they'd get a replacement from the factory. They kept me well informed throughout. Still, plenty of neutral and negative feedback does seem to indicate, at least more recently, they had numerous issues listing items for which they couldn't produce stock, but did seem to refund everyone without involving Paypal.
