My order from him is still stuck in ISC Miami customs since 2/12 even though USPS shows expect delivery of today. I wish the Miami customs facility would release it already. Overall the feedback is still good and he still has Ebay Top Rated Plus designation. I decided to go for it without testimonies from others seeing as how there seems to be no one else here who bought from this seller.

When these Chinese/Taiwanese sellers give me a tracking number where should I go to track it? Edit: Went to 17track. Orders apparently left China last month if I'm reading the translation correctly... so where the hell have they been for almost 30 days? There's no sign of them after that. The numbers still don't show up on Canada Post...

Also, if I do encounter a problem do I have a time limit to get a PayPal refund?

 

Frig. Am I allowed to cancel my order now and ask for a refund through PayPal? Or do I have to wait until the delivery date has passed?

Do i have to wait till the march 22nd date has passed before i make a dispute or claim? I've never done one before so i dont
know the best way to do it. Ebay did send me a mail saying that the listing was taken down so they are somewhat aware of it.

 

I bought the combiner prime perfect effect set in December from day336. Good transaction. Came fairly fast. Not sure what he's been up to since though.

ebay system doesnt allow to refund anything before the delivery date passed eg..estimate delivery 13 feb - 25 march. you only can open dispute on 26 march. thats what ebay rep told me. they said i can ask paypal directly to have my refund but apparantly paypal system also similar with ebay i need to wait to the latest delivery date. some one in here said that you can phone paypal.

What did your most recent tracking update say on USPS and on 17track? What was the date of the latest update?

 

I've bought from him before and it was quick and good. I'm awaiting another package to arrive from him in a couple of days. It's been in MISSISSAUGA, Ontario for about a week now. I'm not sure what the hold up has been, but we have had a lot of winter storms.

I noticed a bunch of items he has up for sale have been discounted recently. It makes me suspicious. I hope he doesn't go bad. He has very good ratings...

 

How long ago was your previous order before the current one?

 

I ordered from wanli-chengke on December 8th and the item arrived in about 2 weeks.

Recently I ordered January 27th and the item has been in one of Canada's main shipping hubs for about a week. I'll know in a day or so if he is still good. However, his price drop is a very recent thing!

 

I ordered on the 27th and mine's been sitting in customs since Feb. 7.... so, we'll see.

Hoping he didn't get through CNY and just say F this, I'm done.
