Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone's had problems trying to contact chimungmung before. I made an order on Sunday for over $600 and still haven't had a confirmation etc. I've contacted them twice using the "contact us" part of the website. Just wondering if any of you guys have other direct email addresses.

Just nervous as it my first time using them. I usually use tfsource.
    Scared I've been robbed. Lol.

    Thanks.

Don't worry - I and many others have ordered from Chimungmung many times; Tony, who runs it, is brilliant and very helpful. If he hasn't replied it must be for a good reason - it's a one-man store so maybe something's come up (it is unusual for it to take more than a day for him to get back to you - he usually replies within hours). You can try to email directly at sales@, though. I'm sure he'll get back to you soon, and you definitely haven't been robbed.

if i used TFSOURCE, i'd be afraid of my CC info getting "liberated" for foreign use.

If that's the case, just use Paypal. The paypal service allows for the use of credit cards.

Yeah Tony is normally very quick to respond. I'm fairly sure it is more than a one-man operation (he once told me via e-mail that he has staff work for him).

I would pre-order elsewhere as there are other stores out there with more flexible pre-order policies and shipping options, but it is still a good place to go for "in stock" items.

Don't worry. As someone else said above "you definitely haven't been robbed."
