Seems a bit too big. Needs to be refined (imho).

Way too big is an understatement. The way the truck halves on Energon Onslaught come out seem to be the perfect size for a "classics" style chest shield, and I think 3P attempts need to stick with that size. I wouldn't get anything that would sacrifice arm articulation just for the sake of G1 accuracy.

 

Yeah that is way too much armor and it covers up what I like about the look of the Collossus torso too. Also for frick sake why didn't they make a part to cover brawls hands of all things that need covering they are it lol.

That looks like a bib one size too big for collosus. I like what its trying to do to fill out vehicle mode a bit, but damn.

I actually like the silhouette of the front to be honest. I don't feel it needs a chest plate. Maybe something like this would be nice, but on a much smaller scale.

 

I'm not paying to make my toy look worse.

Too big and way too many parts to fit on the individual modes.

 

Wings need to fold a little for the chest shield, there's a lot of parts, and Colossus already has enough parts forming going on.


......is the other add on chest shield dead in the water?

 

Maybe the chest shield is a bit to large and gets in the way of articulation....

but those add-ons for the vehicles are really really nice.

Maybe if they could just scale down or shrink the wing thickness a bit?

 

Awww, bless. Colossus's Gran knitted him a jumper. Mine could never get the size right either.

 

I like how the chest shield breaks apart into various accessories for all the bots but the combined form is a bit too big, as everyone mentioned. Not bad though but still waiting for someone to release something finalized in colored ABS plastic form already.

It interferes with articulation AND is mega parts forming. No thanks. I'll keep watching for Encline's shield.
