It looks to be Optimus Prime from the Devil's Due comics, where he was a Cobra Sentry.

 

So if we are getting a Cobra Sentry Optimus Prime, will we see a Cobra STUN Jazz, a Cobra Rattler Thundercracker/Skywarp/Dirge or a Cobra Night Raven Starscream? There are some great designs in that Devil's Due comic.

 

Wish I still lived in Victoria so I could have gone to this!  

Loving the Sixshot and Renderform guns, especially.

Might have to pick up Giant for the individual Constructicon modes... Those pics look pretty good...

If we start seeing GI Joe/Transformers 3rd party products, I'm gonna have to start saving up...

 

Well, so far the Joe/TF crossover 3rd party Transformers include:

Grand Patriot (Rolling Thunder Optimus Prime)
Headrobots Snake (Cobra Commander as a Headmaster)
The upcoming Powerrat (Cobra Rattler redeco of CHMS's Powerglide)
Now Serpent Leader.

Of course in that Devil's Due comic Megatron, Soundwave (and minions), Reflector, The Constructicons, Bumblebee and Wheeljack all had G1 alt modes, but most of the rest of the 84-85 cast had new alt Cobra vehicle modes.

WOW 12"?!? Surprised to hear that he's that big. I don't want Sixshot to be taller then Fansproject's Bruticus. Still looks amazing though.

 

holy crap. he is as big as a geshalt? That actually makes it less desirable in a way... I mean, its bigger than Bruticus and Superion.its the same size as Giant?

1. He is a freakin battleship
2. He will be displayed with HoS cast, which have a diff scale than Classics as a whole.


But Sixshot is at best an ultra; its a really minor "x.x", its just that it would have been cooler at 8-9" I mean, now he can wrestle with Bruticus.

 

The original design for Hexatron was, from head to toe 235mm, which is just over 9 inches.
He might be 12 inches including his wings?

 

So when will they issue the Hexatron?

I know everyone hates to talk about scale, but how does he fit in with that G1 scale cheat sheet?

I recall the original toy being bigger than Optimus, but I never actually owned one myself. Might be that my memory is failing me here...

As long as it fits in with my MP Seeker/Faith Leader stuff, it'll be hard to pass up...

 

The battle tanker in vehicle mode sure look similar than RID Scrouge or maybe even better.

Sixshot isn't on that Scale Sheet. It only covered through Season 2, & Sixshot showed up in Season 3, iirc. & I think Sixshot fought a combiner when he did finally show.

*edit* Not going to post the pic, but TFWiki has a pic showing him next to Cyclonus... & Sixshot did fight the Aerialbots, just picking them off individually, though.
