The year is almost over with no update. If this goes till February, it will have been a year. You're still making and selling new customs, while saying you can't keep up with the people who've already paid you. There's really no excuse for this.
I probably shouldn't have done this but once again I commissioned a figure from Cheetimus Primal despite of having bad experiences in the past. It was a Deluxe-size Nautica, paid for it more than two months ago and I've been constantly asking for updates and he keeps saying that he will have one later but later never comes. Don't know what to do.
I haven't been able to produce anything, especially since the new year. I've been trying to pump out the things I owe people while making other stuff to pay the bills and worked my hands into extreme carpal tunnel. I've lost sensation in my finger tips of my right hand. The doctor made me do nothing for a few weeks. That time has passed. Gryph, I'll have a gator Megs ready by Wednesday. The Nautica custom is a full reworking of a figure, not just paint. It takes time and planning. I'm sorry it's taking a while but it's not a quick one to do.
It's a shame all this is going on. I really wanted to commission something from you, but definitely don't want to add to your stress and back you up further. Hopefully you can get all this sorted out soon.

And to anyone else waiting on anything I'm slowly working on refunds. Please contact me with your info and including what was paid and what was commissioned. I can't guarantee a full refund but I am working on getting what I owe to people as well as at least a partial refund.
