I went to walmart today and got a good pair of HDMI cables for $4. They are Metop Game brand. I couldnt find their site. But I got a pair a while back for my PS3 and they work great. So if you need some, check wally world!

Yup, no noticeable difference at all. BTW, how long are the $4 cables at Wal-Mart?

Leo Laporte and the gang on TWiT agreed that if you pay more then the lest you can get away with for HDMI cable you pay to much. And if you get the gold plated Monster cable you’re a sucker.

the ones I got are 6ft long. only reason i got another cable is for my cable box. Its HD and I have the HD package. Just wish more channels were offered. I have like 25 HD channels. HDNet is pretty cool. They play old movies that look great in HD.

Wow! This beats the deal that I found today @ Big Lots. They had GE brand HDMI cables for $13 which I thought was really good! Nice find!

I got my HDMI Cables off of new egg.com 2 6 foot for $10 shipped. I have Direct TV HD and all 80 some odd channels come in great with 60 more by the end of the year for a 150 total HD Channels.

the HD cable I got for my PS3 was about 35 bucks (but Aus has a massive mark up on electronics) but the most I paid for a cable was 80 bucks for a DVI-HDMI cable so I can run my PC over the HDTV I got.

Werd. That's where I buy all of my cables. And I couldn't agree more with the sentiments going around. You should never spend more than like 3-4 dollars when buying one.
