How did you feel when your favorite character(s) died

 

i felt a little disappointed when ironhide died. that's it. not like there's a whole lot to get attached to besides bumblebee, ironhide, and optimus...

 

shockwave was my favorite character. I felt sad but i new no transformer really dies.

My favorite characters never die because they are AWESOME.

 

I knew Ironhide was going to die before going into to watching the movie, but I didn't realise that it would be so soon. My face was like this - D: I guess I felt more remorse for Sentinel than sympathy for Ironhide. KILL THEM ALL!

 

I was pretty much to the point of crying when Jazz died   He is my absolute fave. And I was pretty shocked when 'Hide was killed, I knew the scene was coming but it was still really sad.  

 

soundwave made me well up with tears in the theatre. well, not really. but it was pretty sad.

 

When IronHide died... i was hurt, my jaw literally hit the floor... but it set the tone for the next half of the film showing Sentinel as a ruthless & aggressive traitor... (i liked it). I hated how Soundwave & Shockwave was so easily bested by BumbleBee & Optimus respectively... it still turns my stomach. Oh... and Jazz, Megatron ripping him in half like Johnny Cage (in MK2) was so surprising. I just couldn't believe they killed him off in the 1st film... i mean, it's Jazz???

 

Wheeljack...    

 

I think Wheeljack's death may be the only one that makes me feel legitimately sad, because he's like, so innocent.

Although, when I saw RotF for the first time, me and my best friend's jaws dropped, and we were in disbelief.

 

I didn't care much for Wheeljack. His face was too human looking.

 

Jetfire - disappointed because I thought the Optimus/Jetfire combination would actually be a traditional combination instead of Optimus wearing Jetfire's corpse. And Jetfire was a good character.

Every other death I'm mostly indifferent to, but I thought Ironhide's was good because it set up Sentinel as a legitimate threat.

At first I was OK with Soundwave's death. However when I rewatched it, I saw it was waay worse than I remembered. I thought it was just Bumblebee spins around, knocks him back and kills him. No it lasted a minute or so. Soundwave had plenty of time to fight back and actually fired off several shots and all of them missed. He got a shit death.

I was very sad to but hopefully he pulls an optimus prime and comes back.:~)

 

I think Starscream should've had a more..."epic" death.

I never felt any emotion when anyone died.

I honestly don't care about the characters enough in this continuity. The ones i like when they die are depressing because of how they die, not because they died. Especially Ironhide..he deserves to go out like a champ.

 

I was kind of upset that Barricade was killed by humans. But at least he was one of the few Decepticons who terminated an Autobot. No one except for Megatron, Starscream, and Clonecrusher has done this.

Ironhide's death is sad as well. Shockwave probably got the worst of it though. He had such potential but was quickly killed off by Prime. What a waste.
