I hope so, I REALLY want to play the Movie Ratchet skin.

 

Hoping this is good, and that a trailer or more info hits over the weekend. My friends have got me playing Warframe again, and a similar, freemium format, multiplayer looter-shooter might be a way to get them to play this with me.

 

One wonders if this could just be the start of another semi relaunch of the brand similar to back at the start of the aligned continuity, back then we had new some new shows launched in prime and rescue bots (for a younger audience) now we have wfc on Netflix coming and more cyberverse for the younger audiences. Plus back then we got a new video game to tie in that helped relaunch the brand and the movies were going strong. Now we've got the new game to tie in and bumblebee reinvigorated the movies. Plus back then we had generation's now we have seige.

 

Rotf was SOO fun, and WFC had co-op for story mode. Trapped in a cage for multiplayer? Foc had some extremely large battle fields such as Desolation

 

For the love of god, please dont let it be another Battle Royal game...

On one hand I'm cautious with the mention of a battle royale...

on the other hand I frequented a website dedicated to Transformers Legends so as long as it isnt an ugly one that seems like a step up. Nice community, stupid game.

But the Halo and Cybertron mentions are comforting. As long as it had other modes to I'd even give the less comforting mode a shot, just worried that is all it will be.

Hope this isn\'t some sort of battle royale, this is how i wish to see this game be like
You control an area and a npc autobot or decepticon attack happens, you escape with the others to find a new camp
You take over another area and help build up your army again
Hope you are exploring areas and building defenses and also hope this has Npc\'s in areas like in red dead redemption 2 where they do normal things like refueling ships and other things.
This game has potential to be a survival and builder game but for sure not a battle royale

Agreed. And maybe the class system as well. Give some good balance between characters but tones of great options for everything.

 

I just wish we could get a major studio to do a Transformers game. Imagine Naughty Dog, Rocksteady or Square Enix doing one. It’d be amazing.

My list for what I expect from this game

1. No Battle Royale (If there is, that should be 1% of the game)
2. Missions
3. Build able Structures
4. Actual NPC (like in red dead redemption 2)
5. Multiplayer
6. Customization options like in Fall of Cybertron
7. Free open world to explore and fight
8. A good price tag(even better free)
9. Realistic looking environments and characters (since they said fortnite I quickly thought this will have the cartoon graphics, and if they do then it better looking like in devastation)

Hope some of these things will be in the game but please, dear god please don\'t let this be another battle royale

 

hopefully this sticks around longer than Transformers Universe did if they are making it for counsel then I suspect Hasbro is not going to pull the plug on it like they did universe. this interests me will they show a preview or trailer at toyfair?

 

Cant be battle royal free for all. Because of tf factions. I hope the game modes are team capture the flag / team deathmatch and teritory capture. Maybe even have boss raids against huge guys like gestalts and titans.

 

Factions are such an arbitrary and meaningless thing with such an easy workaround - they just don’t have faction symbols in Battle Royale. I’d gladly briefly play neutral if it means a transformers battle royale.
