Really? All I see is a custom Thundercracker and iGears Thundercracker both painted in show colours.

Don't worry about that. RUMOUR is that they will make at least Starscream as well. Won't the final count of iGear Seekers be something like 9?

So far we have 3 Coneheads, Sunstorm, Current and Thundercracker. That leaves 3 left which will most likely be the other two rainmakers and Starscream. I can see them skipping Skywarp due to the fact that he sold for like 20 bucks State side and everyone has him.

I'm assuming if sales for TC and SS are high we will get a 10th iGear seeker in the form of SW.

Hot damn. I really, really like that coloration. The lack of silver where there is gray actually just makes it pop more than silver would have.

Uh...outside of the colors being similar by virtue of both of those figures being TC, I'm seeing a LOT that's different on igear's version than what's on the custom. The wing stripes on iGear's TC are different (and match the stripe layout on Generations TC at the very least), the blacks are now a medium gray (except for the stripe in the middle of the chest, which is blue), the chest cockpit is noticeably brighter, the chest fan intakes are painted a darker gray inside than they are outside, no red details on the shoulder kibble, upper thighs are blue, and the hip kibble mod.

 

Tough call - I'd like to see the in-hand pics before committing, but at $100 shipped I have a feeling this one won't stick around long

 

I don't like the colors very much. Blue is too light. Also, when was TC in an Anime? Are there any links or video clips of an Anime with TC?

I think "anime" here just means how he looked in the G1 cartoon.

I dunno who you are quoting about the Anime comment but Thundercracker was in a little American Anime called Transformers.

I'm sure you are just stickling on the exact meaning of the word Anime but if you did quote someone I am sure they used anime just to mean cartoon.

 

wow  this TC looks amazing. Blows the takara paint scheme out of the water IMHO. Will have to pre-order this guy as soon as funds are available. If I would have known this guy was coming, I would have held off on sunstorm(who is on his way as we speak!! )

 

Seriously though??? How long are people suppose to wait?!?! I mean, we still haven't gotten a proper Ultra Magnus, Springer, or Arcee from Hasbro since their G1 toys.

It's pretty clear Takara MP Thundercracker is the only one we'll see from them.

I said MONTHS ago this was coming out, and again a couple weeks ago! LOL. I'm surprised you even still click on any iGear related thread guard convoy. It's like the equivalent of me going to a death metal concert just to talk shit about the band and ruin the experience of those around me.

Eh, G1 toy colors are still the best by far---deep metallic blue is 100x better than dull sky blue.
