Capped metal pins?!

    Looking where to find capped metal pins for hinged parts - specifically Megatron mp36 -

    I used to use small nails for capped pins. I would get 3/4 inch "wire" nails for about a buck for a 100 count pack. Cut to length and good to go. I will see if l have any WIP pics for reference.
