I still think these look neat, but I'm never gonna buy them (unless someone has them dirt-cheap one day after people decide they don't want them. IF they don't sell well).

 

They fit well on Fortress Maximus' head. So they are worth buying just to give Fortress Maximus a cap to wear.

 

Just bear in mind that modding to Cerebros is necessary to fit the cap on. Hisashi Yuki, the Takara designer whose Twitter the capped Fot Max pic was on, mentioned that you'd have to remove the top of Fort Max's head. I reckon he means cutting that part off.

These are really very charming, and surprisingly cheap for a Takara import. (unfortunately also sold out)

Don't think I'll actually go as far as tracking one of these down, but if I did I don't think I'd regret it.

 

I just want the Decepticon one.

Got mine today. it's actually a very nice little toy, fun to play. one-push-auto-transform with top button works fine, paints are clean, and fully poseable. I recommend to grab one if you like these "Super-Deformed" design.

FYI, I took a pic of the cap's bottomside view. it looks there's some space w/o modding.
