I wish you good luck, my friend. And you should go for Landbull. It'll be worth it. And don't forget about Ferocious. He was the very 1st release of the set..

The arms are identical save for the hands and the torso connection. The red flap on the back of the forearm can simply be popped off and flipped around to correct it. As for the hand, my Firmament came with a borderline-frictionless left elbow, for which Show.Z sent me a replacement arm. I still have the original arm, and if TCP can't cover you, I'd be happy to lend you a hand.

I'll be sure to remember your offer. Thank you. Though do you know a way to pop the flap off? It doesn't seem to be the type to just tug out and flip around. Also if your arm is frictionless, wouldn't that lead to a loose arm for me? And do you remember how long it took for replacement parts to get to you?

The flap is hinged/held on by two nubs, which you can slide horizontally to remove it (see attached image). I also learned that despite appearances, the yellow panels ARE removable with a bit of patience, which allows the entire arm to be disassembled and just the hand to be swapped out.

Looking at dates, it was about 5 weeks from query to in-hand. They had to send for a replacement from the factory, which itself took the better part of a month.

Ugh. Yeah, I gave up trying to get a missing Zeta Aerialbot thumb from TCP, a couple years ago….. Might be easier to return it and buy a new one. These guys are mostly glued together, and you may need an entire assembly.

Oh boy…did they reply and update you or was it just Zeta taking long?

I needed a replacement right hand and crotch tab for ferocious from TCP and they went absolutely silent on me after the initial response.
I have one preorder left from them (SHF Cooler) and I think I’m done.
    Hopefully you get your parts.

Yeah I sent them my inquiry last night but researching on their customer service here, I'm getting more negatives than positives. I may just switch my mind and send it back to them. Hopefully shipping isn't a lot and maybe I can find Firnament somewhere else. TCP was the only place I found him.

Pretty sure that's the legends scale one. B meaning he's second to release.

CT are the full size, CY are the legends. No idea why it has a B on the end though.

TCP likes to string people along for replacement parts with no intention of requesting said parts. They say they're working on parts, and they make returns impossible. I've requested multiple parts from them and never received a single one.

TCP charge a restock fee and make you pay for shipping your item both ways for a return. If you used "free" shipping by paying $150 or more, then TCP will charge you what your "free" shipping would've cost you if you'd spent less than $150.

Fun. So I read up on their website and I can't ship the item back and if what you say is true, I'm pretty much out $169. Maybe I can open a claim on PayPal?

Wait for TCP to get back to you on your ticket. If their response is unsatisfactory, then you should open a case.

Not sure if it’s worth it to @ them here. Sometimes that’s what it takes though.

Thanks for bringing that up. Which reminds me, I gotta place my final deposit(s). Sadly, after Papa Thunderking & "mini-me," that's it for me combiner wise. Oh, and I'm still waiting on the first 2 figures of Moon Studio's Radiatron, so.. yeah. You guys won't be hearing from me after I'm done..

    It's the Legends version.
Mini Firmament is also named CT-03B.

Never really understood that concept. I understand keeping the mini sets separate from the bigger sets or something like that, but you'd think they would use a different type of system for that. Unless it stands for something like "Class A," "Class B," "Class C," that sorta thing. I just see it as Sr. & Jr. lol

Yeah normally "B" means it's a recolor or variant of a figure
