    I know that on my copy, the double knee joint can often get stuck if it's not extended in just the right way.
    I don't know if that is what you are experiencing, but it may help to just move the knee all the way back, straighten it as much as possible, and swing it forward again.

    Got it fixed. I opened it up and used my WD-40 Dry Lube on it and works now. A little looser than his other leg but it's fine.

    Isn't it some weird thing, where original this project was going to be under Toyworld, some designers split off them and formed Zeta. After that, one of them let it go and it and it's now done by designers who also work with TFC (Seacons, Terrorcons) and Big Firebird (Nicee)

    Someday I'm going to do a big branching diagram of 3p companies

    Yes, they share designers (had/have been sharing). For now, it's only TFCToys, Zeta and Cang-Toys. Toyworld had a fallout.

    I guess Dreamstar Toys have some connection to these companies or at least designers.
