Nice stop motion animation
That looked awesome indeed
Maaaan.....I dont want that thing to take a dump on my car....you would think pigeons are bad enough.....
Well, you can shoot pigeons. The trouble here, is that this one shoots back.
Well now.....Its just poop and its a bird, what can you do ill just clean it......
Seriously I dread having to transform ferocious I got a stress mark on one of the leg tabs so I don’t even wanna mess with until I have to turn him back into an arm...the squeaky hinges makes me less motivated to do so
Yeah, he is very squeaky. And the elbow joint is VERY stiff. I've transformed him a few times and I'm getting more and more careful each time.
The pieces connecting the wings to Firmament are also squeaky, so definitely be careful there as well. Good news is the rest of him are within normal range, except for maybe the force required to pull the combiner elbow out(i wish they used some spring loaded clicky mechanism for that, not fond of pulling that hard on my figures)
Thanks for the heads-up! And yeah, pulling the figure apart is also not my way of doing things. Ferocious has that too. I'm scared I'll break him someday, but to CT's credit, it seems the material is very sturdy.
Check your local hardware store for some silicone based oil. It made a world of difference on my figures.
No more scary transformations!
A thousand x 2
Actually didn't think the transformation was THAT bad, but if the others are easier I'm all for it.
Only thing holding me back getting Landbull and Firmament right now is Chinese New Year. Should be next week hopefully.
All in all, very impressed with this guy's presence.
Some moar pix. Please excuse the blah backdrop
*Tip: Pulling the neck joint up a bit allows for wonderful head poses*
Before the neck extension- default neck with severely limited head rotation with the bird head, about 20 degrees
After- Full range unlocked and able to look in almost all directions + side tilts
*Insert typical Dio Brando villainous monologue here*
*Looking down at filthy peasants
I’m stealing this pose
"take it, and go!"
As I commented in the YouTube thread, he’s the first reviewer I’ve seen to show the bottom feathers use as swords/daggers.
Hi, can you show us how the neck joint should be placed for more rotation?
I may pull it too far and he looks like having a long neck to me, not the same as shown in the pics.
Only half the ball joint should be visible.
