    Any advice on rotating the upper swivel on Ferocious in arm mode?

    Bottom half rotates freely but it's the top half that's frozen. Can't situate the combined mode bicep swivel.

    I have no idea, but it's cut into the instruction booklet. Kinda scared to move the foam.

    Got mine in today. Got it all combined - holy crap what an adventure. Took a good part of my afternoon.

    So worth it.

    Why, don’t you think you should look at it to see if it’s actually damaged. Do you collect the boxes and instructions as well as the figures? Genuinely asking that, not poking fun. If not and the figure isn’t hurt, Then why contact Show-Z. Just wondering as I throw my boxes away and put the instructions away without looking at them.

    I do collect the boxes, and the instructions are fairly necessary, especially when it's been a while since I've transformed them. I did check the figure and it seems to be okay thankfully. But that still leaves the 'how did my package get stabbed' up in the air. Because the bag it was shipped in wasn't damaged, just the boxes inside.

    Wow, even with the normal additional ShowZ packaging it still got impaled. That looks more like something with a blunt edge fell on it causing the puncture and the fractures radiating out from it. Might’ve been a forklift blade stopped at the last minute. A forklift from Ohio.

    Wow, that really sucks then. Odd that they would package it that way. I wouldn’t have any doubts that they will make it right for you. Show-Z is great for sure. If for some reason they don’t, you can have my box and instructions, as once they go into combined mode, they don’t come out of it.

    I think it's one of the claw pieces that came with Thorilla for the foot, and they dotted the red to give it eyes.
