Emgo videos are very helpful though. Not sure I would have ever combined my current guys without him. I have top half together, and bottom leg with foot. I hae Thorilla bit think I'll wait until I get Rhino to finish set since he can't stand anyways.

 

God I wish I pulled the trigger on this guy early. What a complete boss of a combiner they put together here. Oh well, I'm definitely in on the their Volcanicus.

After standing for several days mine seems to really want to lean backwards some. I'm a bit worried about one day finding him having fallen on his back. Anyone found a way to compensate w/o just making him lean forwards?

 

No lie detected. I'm almost glad I didn't get him because I'm nearly out of room for more bots, lol. I'm going to be pushing it with my G2 MMC Assaultus that's coming in soon and when MMC eventually finish Maximus Pro. Gotta cool off on the combiners until I finagle some more shelves or something.

 

I think the same about Landbull. I just looked at my Thunderking and it's like he has one ugly side, and one shiny side.

 

I'm happy with that.

Rotate the feet outward slightly.

 

Slowly transformed all the bots to alt mode for a group picture before moving to combined mode. Took most of the afternoon working off and one. I forgot how annoying some of the early bots were with the transformation. Ferocious's legs and Firmament's arms were annoying remembering how to swing everything around itself.

 

Got my rhino in and just got him installed, good God, this is the absolute biggest, baddest bot in my collection! I thought Ocular Max Bruticus was a sight to behold, but this takes the cake! Can't wait to get my collection room set up and display those two together! I'll tell you what though, I would never want to drop this thing, it would put some serious marks on what(or who) ever it landed on! Hard to believe this long wait has finally come to a close!

I should have my rhino tomorrow, maybe Wednesday. All these pics of TK are looking great. It will be a while before I get him combined. All mine are still in bot mode like they came from the box. Never transformed any of them yet.

 

Those are some amazing pics! how did you turn crabbie into a spider? Very cool looking shots. Cang could use them as promo shots. Thanks for sharing.

 

This was pretty much my afternoon as well. Started with the wolves and their upgraded pieces, then the rhino and bull, all great, monkey was mostly a breeze, lion was a continuous frustration, then like you pointed out, remembering how bizarre the tiger and bird are. I'd dare say much of their early engineering, especially in how they combine is kinda garbage, especially compared to many of the rest of the group. Really makes me appreciate just how good Landbull was for such an early release. If it wasn't for all the unique things Thorilla does, I'd say Landbull is easily the best of the whole team, with the wolves being really solid standouts as well. /rant

 

I think he's my favorite <3 So glad to be done with these though...

 

Only thing about rhino is the teeth have no paint applications.
