Well, After an extended New York adventure, my Hunger Rhino decided to take a detour to Miami, before his final destination of Tampa.

Honest question for the thread:
Should I do a normal, full review with transformations between all modes,
Or
Should I do a review OF all modes, anf make a separate transformation video.
That way, it won't be another 45+min video.

 

Are you talking about Hugerhino alone? If so, a full review will work, and perhaps a separate transformation video, like EmGo does.

True, but a lot of people will view the review once, and the transformation video more. But that's just me  

 

I would recommend two videos like you normally do. Main review with Hugerhino going from robot < rhino < combined and the just transform video which has it being transformed in the opposite order.

 

I just got my Huge Rhino, and swapped the replacement parts for the leg braces. That was a literal pain, they were on so tightly. Is it just mine, or are the replacement screws useless? They're thinner than the old ones, so they can't actually engage with the pre-existing threads. They just fall right out.

 

Those screws are to remove the original brace pegs if they break off inside the back of the combiner legs.

 

Just stick one of these between his buttocks.

Last question: Is there anywhere to store the adaptor piece for the combined cannon when it's not being used? I looked through the instruction manual, but if it explained that, I missed it.

 

So this has been bothering me and decided to do something about it.
After the 1st 2 bots they switched to metallic face paint, the faces on the 1st 2 bots have that awful, washed out, yellow orange paint instead. Gross.

Found a jar of tamiya titan gold in my paints draw and pretty happy with the result.

Its not quite as warm as the pic makes it look and it needs a little touch up work (the camera doesn't lie), but that's one off the list.

Debating whether I stick to bright gold eyes or redo them orange, the latter world work across the board for them all and probably show up better so I'm leaning that way.
