    The name of this Beast Wars figure. I cant seem to remember. Also can someone tell me how rare this figure is.

    That is Universe Razorclaw, a repaint of Beast Wars Tigerhawk. Not sure how rare he is, though.

    thank you, and why does it have a maximal symbol on the front but inside it has a decepticon symbol.

    Well, Razorclaw is a Decepticon, but I think they forgot to get rid of the Maximal symbol from Tigerhawk.

    yes, IIRC the maximal symbol is molded into the plastic so they would have had to retool the mold to get rid of it.
