The creative forum would be more appropriate. Also a deluxe scale figure would cost in the triple digits. And finally, such a commitment is usually a service you have to commission; ie pay for.
You don't want to pay or do you mean you can easily afford it so paying isn't a problem? And as Ryoku suggests, this would be better served in the correct forum, so ask a mod to move it for you and you'll probably get more help if you want aid in learning how to use Sketchup, assuming you're not just asking for expensive freebies.
