So, recently I've noticed that when mods edit or delete a post lately they've been giving long-winded explanations on why instead of simply pointing out the rule that was broken. My suggestion would be to stop and just go back to sighting the rule. I get that perhaps you guys are trying to be more transparent but to be frank most of the explanations I've personally received just come off as condescending. Which probably isn't the intent you're all after but I figured after seeing a couple of these explanations ...especially the most recent one... that maybe you guys would be interested in hearing some feedback about how these explanations might be coming across to some of us posters.
