I have no idea where I got this, but I found among some hobby supplies a sealed plastic packet labeled "Gift just for you".

It is some kind of Lego'esque toy robot sporting a Deception insignia.

I don't know what character he could be in that color scheme, and with no idea what he looks like assembled, I couldn't figure out how to put him together.

Anyone know what this is?

I originally was thinking Breakdown because of the red face and wheels, but couldn't figure out all the parts.

Now that I know it is Kreo, I can find some pics.

Maybe he came with my Xtransbots Breakdown.

Depends on the figure. Some do, some don't.

But I wouldn't say "transform" as most are just built into the different mode.
Some of the bigger ones are actually transformable.

 

Can anyone help Identify this ultra Magnus. I'm guessing it is third party cause it has no autobot insignia.

The figure in front of it is XTB Ono, their Lift Ticket. It came with some fun heads for the Dec 2021 TFCon which is what is on it.
