When i was a kid in the eighties i used to play with these small one inch figures of animals standing upright and some kind of power armor.. on the chest they had some kind of rub logo revealing a faction of some sort... also came with little weapons... Anyone remember these and what in gods name were they called?

Did you know they were a part of the Transformers mythology in Japan? They showed up as Beastformers in a couple of episodes of the Headmasters series. The white lion and the bat got a decent amount of screen time.
