Would anyone be interested in what Blast From The Past over in Burbank has to offer? It's not new stuff, so it would only be for folks interested in older/possibly even vintage lines... (unless there's a separate thread for this?) Been meaning to check them out as I haven't been by in a while.

 

I wouldn’t mind a peek at their offerings! I do often wonder how much of the Derrick Wyatt collection remains there.

 

There’s still plenty, but you have to ask for the plastic tubs from the back. There are at least three: an over $20 one, and under $20 one, and then a yet-to-be-priced junker tub. Last time I was there, they refused to pull any out, but the time before that, it was no problem. Just luck of the draw who you talk to.

One thing I left behind that I’m still considering is a $40 Botcon Shattered Glass Blurr (missing its missiles and cyber key).

 

I was supposed to get mine Wednesday, but they sent me an email that it will be delayed until early to mid-February on Tuesday, then sent me an email again on Wednesday that it will be delivered today. It has shipped out but is not quite at the "out for delivery" part on the status bar for today as it is currently "being processed at the carrier facility". It is just at the cusp of leaving...

 

Same with mine, still says delayed not quite out for delivery but I got an email stating a refund was issued. I'm confused but haven't had the energy to try to call them yet

God Walmart looks like it was untouched before the x-mash rush. I don't see anything new especially that weird sea of legacy wave 1 dx (how'd they go an entire year not restocking a new wave?). Still looking for Crasher (thought she'd warm but I guess every store near here got frustrated when everyone was just cherry picking funny door bell robot and maybe the police car), the (not so) big TMNT "reisssue" of Donatello (seriously it's weirdly an inch shorter, uses a Raphael head, it's like a weird glorified licensed bootleg, but I still want one...), and the pizza tossin TMNT (not sure which one yet, but Donatello is absent).

Sometimes I think OC is the forgotten land or something. Cept we got Earthspark at Target now and now clogged up with bw reissue wolfang and retrax (missing pieces of all things...).

Well judging by reading ApocalypseThruster's posts here when he goes to various Walmarts here in SD... I guess same situation too.

Forgot to add another thing noteworthy.. TC Rockets yeah the store I went to earlier had both the Legacy TM2 Megatron and the original BW toy of it too.

 

Uwah, dammit! Still though, great find: and I got Lio Convoy from there the other day, alongside Breakdown and 2 of the Cores, so I guess that's the trade-off. Did they have Slag and/or the Wave 1 Deluxes out? Slag was missing the last time I went, and they had a case of Wave 1 Deluxes near the back, but it hadn't been opened yet, and there was only what I presumed to be a full-case of Breakdown.

 

Well only deluxe I have seen there were Breakdown bud didnt see Slug either.
