I've seen a couple Targets with a load of shipping crates in the parking lots. I get the feeling some Targets are holding out on restocking their shelves for some bch ass reason.

 

The chain is doing a large scale remodel/refresh of their buildings. If you see the mini-city of shipping containers in the parking lot, it means they are on the list to get refreshed.

Eastlake Target has 6 Iguanuses, 4 Cyberverse Arcees, 6 Skids, 2 Legacy Arcees, 4 Silverstreaks, 4 Sweeps, and 2 Coronation Starscreams.
