Sacramento Area:

Roseville North Walmart had 5 35th Anniversary Bluestreaks and 1 35th Anniversary Megatron. I picked up one Bluestreak but found out later I already have one. Anybody need one before I return it?

Randy on the NECA twitter account says that stores will be getting them this week and to ask associates to check the back if they aren't out on the shelves

 

I bet the Target employees are going to love that.  

 

Landess Target I picked up the only Ratbat and Rumble they had. I don’t know if that’s news though.

 

I don’t know if you would have checked but did they have the Bebop and Rocksteady Neca TMNT wave?

 

Is that the first sighting of the ratbat/rumble anywhere?

 

Sorry, I didn’t check. I’ll be going again tomorrow since I really wanna get my hands on Siege Astrotrain, Spinister, and Apeface. I’ll definitely try checking for you!

EDIT: They were spotted in Florida a while ago. So, not news but might be first sighting here in California.

 

Eh, I'd just say collectors. There's tons of us out there.

 

that's what first came to my mind but Randy has been very adamant that Target be proactive with stocking the NECA section. Since TRU went under Target filled the void and I believe its consignment basis they sell on. They have collectors take pics nd report back as to how the NECA section is stocked. I've seen the regional NECA reps come in and make sure the section looks tidy and stocked.

 

No I found them a few weeks ago, right after the news sighting.

They have Ultra Magnus? Hmm. Astrotrain is his casemate, so he’s not too far behind. If he’s not in the back or behind the Shockwave, someone must have snagged him already. I should keep an eye out at my local Targets for him.

On Tuesday, I was at Burbank Target and saw all the NECA Turtles sets except Bebop and Rocksteady. I think this might have been release day. On Black Friday, all of them were gone. NECA exclusives are a pain in the butt to get due to the method they are stocked and inventoried, especially Ninja Turtles-related.

 

Hmm, I didn’t think too much about that actually. I thought it was more of they were restocking Wave 1. I’ll check again there later today lol.

 

Orangevale Walmart has a couple of Siege Apeface and an Ultra Magnus. No new Siege Deluxe or Leader Classes, though.



They also have a section on their seasonal area with Siege Voyagers and Deluxes, but no Spinister.

 

Found 35th anniversary Optimus, Megatron, and Bluestreak Siege figures at Murrieta Walmart on Murrieta Springs.
