Someone said they bought Slugslinger from Cape and Cowl over the weekend, but by Monday the store was sold out. Don't know what the price was (they usually sell Deluxes for $20 but sometimes do mark up the "hard to find" ones).

I forgot to post this yesterday but here's what I found at Story Rd Walmart. First time, I've seen anything beyond Wave 1. Hell, they didn't even have ANYTHING from Wave 1. I also found this: I don't know if that's new. But I also found this:

 

Has anyone seen a Perceptor recently? He's the only Wave 4 figure I never saw and I still need him. My area is already on wave 5...

 

I haven't seen one in a month, when I got one. He was the quick buy for people.

 

The last time I saw Perceptor was about probably two-three weeks ago at Target on Monterey/Curtner.

 

Checked out the Walgreens on Sunset in Rocklin. They had a bunch of Battalion Series (I took the one Jetfire they had and didn't see any Megatron). They do have one Prowl that I left. Other than that only a Triggerhappy and Wolfwire.

Sort of side note: If anybody is looking for the 3.75" The Last Jedi Luke, they have one on the pegs across from the toy isle in a sort of Star Wars area.

 

That was me. Slugslinger was $20. And yeah they sold quickly. Haven't seen him or the Windblade wave anywhere but Cape and Cowls so far. Will probably see them on store shelves sometime in October.

 

Ah thanks. By the way I reported finding the Windblade wave at Target in Costa Mesa a couple of weeks back, so they are hitting retail. Haven't seen any restocks anywhere.

I ended up nabbing Slugslinger on Amazon for $20, I figure that's fair to relieve myself the time/gas/headache of hunting and hoping to find the last wave at retail before the next line shows up.

 

Anyone seen TLK Deluxe Hot Rod yet?

 

I don’t think he has been spotted on shelves yet. He was on the Walmart website to order last week with the option to do an in store pickup to save on shipping. Out of stock now but you may want to keep an eye on the site to grab one like that if they put more up.

 

It's been a while since I've you hunt for TF, but I'm looking for the MPM 03 and 04. I heard that TRU will carry them, is there any sighting recently?

I haven't seen them on store shelves but I know they did hide some in the customer service area at my local ones. Just ask the reps there and see if they have one. Though they sold out a while ago and I'm not sure anymore are coming in. Just doublecheck and worst case, you pick them up online (hopefully for not like double the price).

 

Coleman Target in SJ has TR Megatron, Topspin, Seaspray, Cosmos, Repugnus, and Shuffler if anyone is still looking for them.
