Any northern cal grimlock sightings

 

Target eagle rock only has the simplified figures and the awful non transforming foot tall figures

 

Target Burbank had one each of Cosmos and Swerve, but I scooped them up. Sorry gang!
On the plus side, they had all their AoE crap out, including the stealth Optimus, which I kind of dig for it's classic over-cab original alt mode, but once again they take the front windows and move them elsewhere OTHER than his chest, replacing them with that silly split-window front window that's even tinier than the vehicle's actual windows. Whoever's designing these things is wasting design space (they also did that with the upcoming Jetfire with the false nosecose on his chest).

That guy who found the Grimlock re-issue first though sounds like a real winner--scooped up all six the store had, claiming he was "buying them for friends".
Somehow I don't buy that, and neither do most others.

 

that is the one figure i've wanted forever, but i could never afford him. thanks to scalpers i'll probably never get one.

 

I called one TRU here in SoCal (Tustin) and they said not in stock, no idea when it would come.

I'm counting on nabbing one online anyway, that's how I luckily scored MP Optimus and Soundwave. Never saw them at retail, not that I looked very hard.

 

Those are the simplified figures, not the Generations Deluxes.

Saratoga target has all the aoe stuff. The only spaces I see empty are the ones with silver Optimus primes. Have those been released?

 

I knew they would just put it back out. Lame. No collector is going to buy it and no parent is going to be critical enough to notice, so their kid will be the one getting disappointed.

The head is in the box. It just fell off the ball joint. I considered opening the package and putting it back on, but decided I did not want to get in trouble for that.

I'm broke, or I would just buy it and then put the head on and return it, but I can't do that with no income.

Forget about the Walmart in Orange. They aren't going to stock Transformers. They replaced the section with Godzilla stuff.

 

The Dublin-Target-with-the-Toysrus-nearby has restock and has many Aoe generations Toys.

 

I see Masterpiece Grimlock is out in the US now. Anybody see anything in the Bay Area?

 

Checked Redwood City TRU this afternoon and there was NO MP Grimlock yet.

TRUs in LA La Cienega Blvd has plenty of stuff for kids. Deluxes BB and Crosshairs; no leaders and a few voyagers Grimlocks.

No Masterpieces. I was told there is nothing; not even in the warehouse.

True. Saw them today and notice the difference.

Hey guys 1st time poster long time reader(lol) just wanted to let everyone know in the Los Angeles area that so far the burbank tru and alhambra have the grimlock in their system but not in stores. Well thats what an employee told me.

 

noone here has it in the system, or they don't know how to check.
