Be careful with Transmutate's leg that comes with Rhinox. I just assumed that it would turn on the same ball that the other three limbs will attach to, but I almost ripped it off trying to swivel it. Anyone else have this problem?

Actually, my only problem at the moment is finding any Beast Wars reissues at all. I haven't seen a single Beast Wars figure in stores since 2002.

Yup, totally twisted that leg off, unfortunately. It offered little resistance, so I thought it was moving until the joint just came off. (time to get out the glue.)

Did the same thing & nearly twisted it right off - I think the fact that there's a ball joint on the other side (to attach the other leg) is a little misleading. Time to get out the glue.  

 

I hope so, but I doubt it.
I haven't seen any in Sacramento while I've been here either (which sucks, because I SO want these figures).

 

Gonna get them, open em to make Transmutate, then have Rampage blow him up then put them back mib.

 

Tarantulas is already part of this series.

 

Poor Trans-Mutate. He's as messed up as a figure as he was in the show. So I guess the right leg is in a fixed position? I plan to put my Trans-Mutate together when I have all the parts. Think BW Rampage will be happy to see TM again?

My Transmutate leg didn't fall off yet, but I can tell it's gonna need glue before Dinobot, Tarantulas, and TM Rattrap come out.

I really truly hope that they sell well enough to warrant more figures of varying scales.

The Primal and Megatron figures look to be BW/Cybertron crossovers (with the force chips).

My hopes: Silverbolt (with something to justify the price hike, maybe a piece of... Sentinel? Raptor clone piece? Stasis pod?). Blackarachnia with remolded head and chest. Inferno (size justified for price point). Scorponok (size..) Terrorsaur vs. Airrazor (if two basics and two minicons equal $20, and two minicons equal $5, then these two should be $15). Tigatron (with maybe his tiger mate). Agent Ravage (with whatever they can find) Have two Ultra price points with Depth Charge and Rampage, and that pretty much leaves Quickstrike and the other forms (Rattrap, Cheetor x2, TM2 BA).



Yeah.

Like any of that would actually happen.

I thought Transmutate was a "she".

I also broke mine's leg off. I've done this before with other figures. My fix for this is to take a piece of paper clip (about three-quarter inch long) and bore it into each side of the broken joint. That way it will stick together, and it will still articulate.

 

Well, according to Beast Wars International, Transmutate's voice is from Susan Blu, who played G1 Arcee in Transformers the Movie and Seasons 3 and 4. Technically, I think Transmutate could be a female from judging the look on her face.
