This target could be marking up their products a bit. Look at the deluxe price, what should be 22.99 is 23.99. Prolly just an overpriced area.

This is in Chicago on Elston Ave. Some Targets in the city have higher prices. So this Bumblebee set might be higher priced than normal. Leaders were $49.99, DPCI 0871660009.

Jesus H Christ. Both Kingdom Wave one and the Studio series 86 bots were supposed to come out in March.

 

I wouldn't be shocked if those were conservative estimates given uncertainty around COVID's impact on manufacturing/distribution.

That said, heads up that a few of us here in MN are sharing notes and there's a number of potential QC issues on ol' Megs here.

1. The clip that holds the backpack to his back in bot mode seems to really like to break just getting out of bot mode the first time. HEre, Here

2. Be very careful rotating his knees. There's a bit of a purple nub on the back that makes contact with the white joint itself, and if you try to go past that it's likely to sheer right off. One guy's gave *zero* resistance when he tried to turn it and it snapped clean off as if it were nothing. (Here, Here

3. The clip that helps hold the two halves of his hips together in bot mode has stress on it after one transformation. Here

4. There's stress already on the joint that lets the backpack pivot up to his shoulders in bot mode. Here

5. Locking the black hip panels in dino mode (where the legs actually rotate) is a REALLY hard flip. Feels like the joint on SS Overload's front wheels that people have been breaking for the same reason: Square edge trying to rotate through a corner.

That price sure isn’t, wow it was listed for $14.99 initially.

 

Wow more stuff the east coast probably won\'t see until after wave 2 is released on the west coast... 

 

i feel the same way. wish theyd slow down on these new releases.. too much too fast..

 

it just sad looking with no other inventories on the target shelves.
