Didn't really like the dull WFC headsculpt given to the World's Collide Bee and decided to grab an extra Origin Bee and do some small but incredibly annoying surgery that ended up being worth it. The yellows on each figures are very close to making the incredibly annoying process of removing each head worth it, also they do still transform. Now I'll either wait for Toyhax to make Worlds Collide labels or just grab some decals from an Earthrise Cliffjumper set

Not gonna lie, I think the Netflix head looks better than the Origin head sculpt - I think you inadvertently improved the Origin figure! :p

I did this headswap soon as I got these two, the origin bumblebee just looks so much better with the WFC styled head as does the worlds collide bee looking more fitting with the origin/G1 toon head

    excellent stuff!

What small but incredibly annoying surgery are you referring to? Is this head swap more than just simply popping the heads off of their ball joints?

Removing the heads and then trying to put them on their respective bodies required an exacto knife and a lot of patience

How did you manage it? Did you have to split the heads with the knife or what?

How difficult was the head swap? Been thinking about getting an extra Netflix Bee (if I can find one) and SG Goldbug and doing a headswap to get a normal Goldbug

How I did it was I took a hair dryer and held it a safe distance away from the two figures' heads, once i was confident the glue lost it's hold i (VERY carefully) took a hobby knife and gently worked it between the two halves, it was a very touch and go process that took a couple tries but eventually the head halves separated, it's worth pointing out the origin bumblebee's helmet is a wider shape than the cliffjumper/bumblebee mold is designed for, so you will have to carefully cut/sand/file some of that collar away for it to fit, but it's 100% worth it.

When re-gluing the half’s of the head back, was there any sanding requred or any time where splitting the head caused any cosmetic damage?

Not in my case, i took my time carefully heating the head pieces and using the hobby knife to split them, hence why it's a touch and go process. The only real sanding i did was carefully filing where i cut the collar section down on the cilffjumper/bumblebee mold
