I am sorry to hear what happened and it looks like the warehouse is still throwing away packaging to reduce the shipping cost (for them, not for us).

If any order is missing, you should contact the warehouse instead of the seller. Maybe the warehouse forgo to pack it. As soon as it arrives at the warehouse, the seller can’t do nothing

 

Wow. So the official Taobao warehouse is still doing this BS with throwing away the item boxes and cramming everything into a shipping box with sub par protection. They've been doing this since earlier this year.
Going I strongly recommend you do what the rest of us including @solskjaer, @Hawkwave, and @hoptimusprime have started doing; use Taobao to order your items but in your Taobao profile change your shipping address or add the new shipping address (and ship to there) to the Superbuy (a taobao agent) warehouse and make it your default address.

This allows you to use SB (Superbuy) to handle the warehousing and overseas shipping(forwarding) part of your order. Suerbuy has excellent English online customer support and they don't throw away your boxes. Their packaging is very professional.

Not to mention there is no taxes which makes it similar, if not cheaper, to use Superbuy as the official warehouse.

But I guess the desire to keep all the packaging is what makes me switch to Superbuy.

 

I can't remember exactly but the total shipping time once I paid my Superbuy shipping to delivery to my door in the USA was at or under 2 weeks.

Is anybody planning on PO'ing XTB's Stunticon trailer and accessory pack from Taobao?

So, I'm stuck and don't know what to do. I didn't receive my fans toys hunk in my package. Seller says that it was sent to the shipping warehouse. Shipping warehouse says it was repacked and shipped out. I used the chat and email to start complaints and they always come back with that it was shipped and they are not at fault. Anyone know of a way to escalate a missing item complain higher up than to the taobao logistics warehouse for a missing item? After this fiasco, I will definitely switching to superbuy for shipping.

 

Bee Prince lists retail at 980 ($150) yuan for the trailer and 299 ($45) for the upgrade pack. No idea what the preorder discounted price will be.



I have had the trailer preordered for awhile, but the seller has not updated his prices.

 

There's a tab for your forwarding orders at your warehouse consolidation page, there should be a complaint/refund option beside that particular info. Fill out that form, state the item value and upload related pics (that pic of the box contents you had, stock pic of item). If the warehouse CS doesn't accept this, it will be escalated to Taobao CS.

 

Depends on what shipping line you used. Mine was handed over to the airline 17th Nov and only arrived in my country today...but I also took the cheapest shipping option (not to forget there's a trade war now which might be adding to delays on top of Covid)

 

These prices are high for China market, but are cheap if compared to NA price.

I think it might be better to wait a couple of weeks. Been seeing TB prices go up quite a bit. Mentioned I paid under 1000 yuan for GP Grimlock, and not 3 days later, it was at 1500 yuan.

I would of gone with Bee Prince had he not screwed me over on my fans toys pre-orders. Its especially galling since they are carrying XTB and other third party stuff.

No, I sold my XTB sets some time ago. I think the price is 980 yuan and the pre-order discount will be minimal per my seller.

From memory, XTB discounts are pretty low for PO. I'm talking about maybe 20 - 30 yuan. That's what I've found anyway.

Fans Toys discounts and Fans Hobby seem to be the greatest, that I've experienced. MP44KO wasn't bad either

It's next to Shanghai so maybe ordering from the shops there would be faster now. Wonder if it'll create any new problem like your packages getting split between the two warehouses....
