Did anyone have any shipments via EMS to the USA ship out last week?
SF-Express tracking website shows that my FT-10X package left China on 3/24 but it has been 2 days (almost 3 at this point) and no updates on USA soil yet. I usually get an update saying the package has arrived in the USA 1 day after it departs China. I hope my package didn't get lost.

 

I would guess it's in customs right now and you won't get any updates until it's out.

 

Ok. I think I ran into this last year when I noticed EMS shipments to the USA were now being handled by SF-Express for the first half of the shipment journey. I remember once it sat in customs for a week before being released. The wait was nerve racking but I got my order. Every time after that packages sat in customs at or under 24 hours. That is until now. I'll just have to wait for now and trust the process.

 

This is the 1st time I receive an SMS from CaiNiao since they took over the SG forwarding service the middle of last year.

They seem to be improving by adopting 4px standards. My 1st order after CNY was bound in that blue cellophane wrap that 4px used. Now they have restored the SMS notification too.

The last mile side it's still Singpost handling the popstation orders so that's good. Their door courier is now Roadbull, dunno how that compare to Ninjavan.

 

SF is the best local express service in China so there wont be any problem，I guess just a delay in update of information

Same here. Mine left China on 03/23 and hasn't updated on SF-express website since. I just called SF-express and they gave me a UPS tracking number which is active and the package is scheduled to deliver tomorrow (03/28). Maybe you can call and check.

On a side note, UPS shows the package is 10 lbs which is aligned with Taobao's 4.056kg quote. I did pay 10 yuan more for better box and better packaging but 10 lbs for FT-10x is still too heavy. I hope the seller didn't send me something different from FT-10X as it will be a pain if it happens.
