Nope, I had to do it the hard way, no English translation. I think your best bet is to use an agent, use aliexpress (kinda international Taobao), or go through Sirtoys.

Using Taobao is pretty much limited to China.

 

And the courier is in Hangzhou, so I'll see them in a couple of hours.
