I'm in love... of course it would be perfect if he had a sliding faceplate or interchangeable heads, rubber tyres, paint apps on the side mirrors and the original folding steps...BUT...this is such a brilliant improvement on a figure that was a vast improvement on its own predecessor! Now I just need to find £50...
Love the cannon and the head, but God that chrome is gaudy. I'll hold out for Hasbro's take on this guy.
How much do you think he will cost and where do I purchase him (when he's avaible) in american money?
Shipping is not included. Shipping for a box that size/weight will probably be between $20-45 depending on whether it's SAL or EMS.
The eyes look out of place, but I might cave in if I find Hasbro's on clearance. Don't need another Optimus for awhile.
Holy hell, beautiful paint right there. If Hasbro made this all that shiny metallic paint would've been a dull gray
He also used it at the end battle too when combined with Jetfire and in the beginning when fighting Demolisher. So he did use it a lot, perhaps more than not. Randy
Agreed. The head mold (the eyes especially) could have been better. With that being said I think a removable faceplate and finger articulation like the Masterpiece line would have made this a perfect figure. Oh and rubber wheels! Why why why would you not include rubber wheels. The first movie figure had rubber wheel and that one is shit compared to this one.
Glad I'm not the only one who hates the head...I love the gun and pinstripes though, the rest of the paint apps I can just do myself.
Hook Me up! What's it going to retail for? Love the new paint apps and chrome grill Not really digging the face
I think the custom head that was being sold on EBay may be a bit better. There's too little mouth definition on this one. But this paint job is top notch. What does "Buster" mean in Japan?
