Seems kind of weird that they'd package a reboot with the movies they're supposedly trying to distance themselves from...

Don't get me wrong, this is by no means confirmation that Bumblebee is a prequel, but it does't really do the reboot theory any favors.

It really isn't. Movie bundles don't really mean anything like that.

Yeah, James Bond did the same thing with their 23 movie collection, and the Daniel Craig films were indisputably reboots.

If they want to make it a prequel they'd just say six movie pack to link them all as a series, not say a five movie series and another movie. Makes it distanced from the other five.

No thanks, I'm perfectly happy with just getting the Bumblebee movie on it's own thank you very much.

The best example would be the Spider-Man collections that package the Sam Raimi and Marc Webb films together.

Haha, more than half a hundred dollars? You can just buy Bumblebee and buy each Transformers film individually. Bayverse movies are practically worthless.

It seems like a lot, but it's technically only ten dollars per movie, which is actually a decent price.

Fair enough, although that pack was made before Homecoming and Spiderverse. If this were truly a pack of all Transformers movies, you' think the '86 movie would be in there too. I guess one could make the argument that it's only live-action movies.

They packaged the Machinima CW series with TLK. Packaging movies together has no relation to whether they're in the same continuity or not. If anything, they're separated on the cover. They say 5 Transformers + Bumblebee making it seem like Bumblebee is not part of those 5 films.

I’d get it if there are really cool special features, like how they made the CG Models and literally anything about Bumblebee. Maybe even some of the features that DC Animated movies get, like how they included a documentary on the Legion of Doom in Justice League Doom. I’d be down for, like, a documentary for Optimus Prime deaths for ROTF, or one of human villains throughout the franchise history of AOE. Maybe Bumblebee’s could be look at female characters throughout Transformers history, or a retrospective of how each incarnation dealt with the initial Tranformer-Human interaction. Now I’m selling myself on things that will never be in this, and I am sad.

You can get the one good movie, the one kind of good movie, and the four CRAP movies all in one?
    No thanks.

Yeah, look at any Godzilla collection for a perfect example.

I guess like the Aligned continuity, you're supposed to squint or something like that.

I just saw the movie, it\'s a reboot. Optimus Prime came in 1987, not 2007 Bayformers 1.

Well, I liked Bumblebee, TF2007, DOTM and AOE. I don't like ROTF and TLK.

So I'd get four good movies, as well as interesting bonus features, along with two bad ones.

    I'll probably buy it.

Travis Knight and Christina Hodson would disagree; according to them, it's a prequel.

They also included Licence which is terrible. /OT

This TF collection, I don't think I'm in the market for $60. Maybe for $6.
