When Sam asks BB if he can fly this thing in DOTM he softly sqeaks out a 'I Dunno' with his bizzare sounding robotic buzzing bumblebee voice. It seemed like there were several parts in DOTM where BB speaks in his sqeaky robot voice. Also he spoke at the end of the first film for sure, does he not?! BB:“I wish to stay with the boy.” Optimus: “If that is his wish.” Sam: “Yes.” ” So yeah... he can talk but it was probably never fully repaired and it hurts him thus the radio jive at times.
Nope. That's not Mark Ryan you're hearing. Throughout most of ROTF and DOTM when Bumblebee needs to speak, he plays clips of dialogue from movies starring Tom Hanks and uses them to say what he needs to say. Listen closely. The only mystery there now is, what the hell "radio station" is playing all these Tome Hanks flicks!??!!!?!?!?
I wondered that too. Also, what a great way to get Tom Hanks for voice Bumblebee without having to actually get him to voice him. That being said, it wouldn't have been bad casting for movie Bee.
well it is possible that bee is also picking up tv signals. after all he does constantly play john wayne lines too.
Considering they downloaded human language from the internet, maybe that's where he takes his quotes from?
